For Jo, beauty and wellbeing have always been more than just a career – they’re a true passion. Her journey with Lifespa began while she was studying Business Management at university. Working on reception, she fell in love with the clinic, the clients, and the dream of one day making it her own. Over nine years ago, that dream became a reality when she proudly took ownership of Lifespa.

Since then, Jo has poured her heart into building a space where clients feel relaxed, cared for, and truly valued. Her radiant smile and warm, genuine personality set the tone for the spa, while her exceptionally high standards have earned her numerous industry awards and loyal clients who return time and time again.

Something you should know about Jo: she has a self-confessed OCD for cleaning, which means every detail in the spa is spotless and up to her standards. Away from work, life is just as full — she’s a busy mum of three kids, with a lively household that includes two dogs, a cat, and even a lizard!

With more than 20 years in the beauty industry and nearly 8 years at Lifespa, Anila is not only our longest-serving therapist but also one of the most loved. A true master of her craft, she knows and performs all of our treatments to the highest standard, with a special passion for facials and advanced laser therapies.
