Cancellation Policy
At LifeSpa London, we value your time and ours. To ensure we can deliver the best service to all our clients, please review our cancellation and rescheduling terms below.
Cancellation & No-Show Policy
1. Cancelling or Rescheduling an Appointment
Cancellations or rescheduling can be made by calling us on 020 8567 5159, emailing bookings@lifespalondon.co.uk, or via our online booking portal: phorest.com/salon/lifespa.
Please provide as much notice as possible so we can offer your slot to another client.
2. Notice Periods & Charges

| More than before appointment | No charge; prepaid amounts fully refunded or carried forward. |
| – before appointment | 50% of the treatment cost will be charged. |
| Less than or failure to attend (no-show) | 100% of the treatment cost will be charged. |

3. Late Arrivals
Please arrive 10 minutes early to relax and prepare for your treatment.
Arriving late may shorten your session so we can accommodate the next client. The full treatment fee still applies.
4. Prepaid Treatments & Packages
If part of a prepaid course/package is cancelled late or missed, the treatment will be deducted from your balance.
Refunds are not available for partially used packages.
5. Exceptions
We understand emergencies happen. In cases of illness or genuine emergency, fees may be reduced or waived at our discretion.
6. Spa Cancellations
On rare occasions, LifeSpa London may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment (e.g., therapist illness or unforeseen events).
If this occurs, we will contact you promptly and offer either a full refund or a rescheduled appointment.
7. Agreement
By booking an appointment with LifeSpa London, you agree to the terms of this cancellation & no-show policy.
